Jaemor x 2

Another fun part of Halloween-going to the Pumpkin farm! We went one week with Riley's school and then the next week with Kit's school. So, I have had enough hay rides and corn mazes to last me at least a year! Jaemor is a neat farm with apple orchards, pumpkin patches, vineyards, and a farm market. It's only 4 miles up the road from us, and I have wanted to go since we moved here, so I'm glad we finally got the chance! It was quite funny when we went with Riley's school, I got to meet some of the kids he talks about every day, and as soon as we got there a whole pack of girls came running out yelling for Riley! He seems to be quite the little charmer, with a group of faithful little buddies. I still don't know all their names, but I learned a few.

Soccer Awards/End of Season Party

So, Riley's team had their last game this past Saturday and needless to say, Riley is heartbroken that there is no more soccer. They had a fun little party though and he is quite proud of his trophy. He is quite taken with his soccer coach too, just thinks Mr. Michael is so great. It was a fun season, Riley made some good buddies, and we will definitely do this again!

Halloween preparations

Well, October is here and in our house that means it's Halloween time! We have decorated the house, and picked out our pumpkins, and (the kids favorite) decorated a gingerbread Halloween house! Of course, I broke out the Halloween jammies too, but in my defense they are the same sets they wore last year, I just bought them a size up! We are ready for Halloween, and Riley has been telling everyone what he's going to be, and Kit just makes up different things every time!

ALAN JACKSON!!

Wow, talk about an awesome show! Mom and I went to see Alan in concert last Saturday and he was incredible, we had an absolute blast! Blake Shelton opened for him and he was great too, but Alan puts on quite a performance. We had a blast just watching all the drunk people around us too, I swear we were the only 2 sober people in the whole amphitheater! Of course neither of us brought our cameras, so I had to snag this! If you ever get the chance, go see Alan Jackson in concert, thanks Mom!
